Pitches for Rent - Headiton Holidays

If you already have your own holiday home (or are thinking of buying one), you may be interested to know that in Spring 2010, we will be offering fully serviced pitches for rent on our holiday park. Each pitch will have its own parking space and there will be plenty of room for visitor parking.

As with the existing holiday homes, each pitch will have a view over to the Moray Firth, with plenty of outside space. 

Electricity

Electricity will be metered and customers will be billed and the end of the season.

Fees

Garden area

We will be responsible for cutting the grass around the privately owned caravans. It will then be the responsibility of each caravan owner to look after their own pitch. Containers with plants etc. are allowed.    

Gas

Gas can be ordered, delivered and fitted by us.

Hiring out your caravan

Because we hire out our own holiday caravans, no one will be allowed to hire out their own caravan on a business basis. Anyone that is found to be hiring out their caravan on a business basis will be put off the site immediately, with no refund of site fees.   

Laundry Facilities

There is a laundry room on site with washing machines, tumble drier, drying area, iron and ironing board. 

Opening Times

Dates will be published as soon as they are confirmed.

Pets  

As with the holiday caravans, and by prior arrangement, well behaved pets are welcome.
